What are you trying to say? Slightly confused?

I think we'll win the league if...

In order to win the league I feel we would require: 1. New RWB who could be more attacking in the final 3rd of the pitch. Clarke could then be good cover for the RWB and the 3 CB's 2. New GK 3. Forward with an excellent (current & consistent) goals to games ratio 4. A Composed Defensive...

    The New Stadium

I am not 100% sure where SISU are up to with their idea of building a new stadium but if they eventually do push ahead, it will be for all the wrong reasons and very much a regressive step for the club. We witnessed last Friday the potential the club has with the 27k attendance which also...

nouble - chelsea yth team goals

Its McQuiods all around game that concerns me. He does does work hard but does not look like a consistent goal threat as his stats prove across his career (he is 24 now). 157 appearances 18 goals giving a career goals to game ratio of 1 in 8.7 games. 2006–2011 Bournemouth 69 (10)...

nouble - chelsea yth team goals

Good video and great finishes, he is exactly what we needed and I am hoping he stays fit as our alternatives (Jackson aside) are not looking to clever currently. Praise must go to SP on getting him signed up. If we can send McQuiod back when his loan expires in Jan this could free up some...

    Alerts

My friend who is a Man Utd fan and uses one of their forums gets alerts when his messages are quoted. On this site I have to look through pages to see if anyone has responded to my comments? Am I missing something or is this site not set up to show you when your comments have been quoted?

How many of our fans are based in Coventry?

I am guessing thats the nature of forums, people who are exiled and have fewer fellow fans to chat to in their locality use websites instead?

    Casino

Its a great feature of our ground to have a reasonably priced place to drink and catch some of the pre and post match Premier League games. I am not sure the away fans who come realize its there tbh. With the train station to be in action for the first game of next season - we need to quickly...

    Player ratings

See our 2nd goal he turns 2 men and gets a good shot off. Not amazing in all departments but much better than what we have currently in McQuiod and Tudgay.

Allsop 6 Looks just about ok - worries me on the whole. Clarke 7 - Settling into his new position nicely. Lacks quality in the final 3rd with his deliveries into the box. Willis 8 Commanding preformace and comfortable in possession, impressed with his progress Webster 8 Positioning and heading...

    16,000 where were you?

While I agree with you thats its a pointless debate especially on this board , where 99% are loyal fans. But I do care that 16k fans can abandon a team they support. If they were in the ground each week it would have a knock on effect to the team through atmosphere and to SP in funds for bigger...

    Congratulations

Great performance from the lads today, Nobule & Jackson looked good after half time and if we can keep them on the pitch together they will cause defenses in this league problems. The atmosphere was great and the fans under the scoreboard were a credit to the team with constant singing...

    Marketing Thoughts

I assume by big he means compared to some other cities in the UK, I am not sure if this is statistically correct or not? However demographically we need to look at the Arsenal model, they have great support from all sections of the London communities. As for women do we do worse than other...

    2,500 tickets sold for Saturday

I am sure it did but this thread is a working day old now, I suspect we have sold at least another 500 online and in store today. But hey enjoy your half empty drink.

    Yeovil Thread

I agree it's been a farce I have called the Ticket office all week and no one has been answering. Finally got my ticket via a tweet that triggered a call back. I really hope the non matchday price increase will persuade lots to come one the day. the lady I spoke to in the ticketing department...

    2,500 tickets sold for Saturday

I spoke to the ticket office in person today, we have sold far more than the 2.5k quoted on here. She said they were selling very well and they are expecting the biggest walk up we have had at the Ricoh. Hope she is right.......

    Fan Base

Glad you could share your story, Phoenix is a place I nearly visited this summer when I was in San Diego but there was a cheaper flight to Austin so went there on my way back to the UK instead. For future reference what is it like to visit in terms of things to do and nightlife. As for the FA...

    Ticket woes

Yes left messages on the answer phone. If you call the advertised number to buy tickets on now however it does not ring (and has not since 2pm) and just says mailbox full so I am guessing lots of people have been also doing this today. No email responses either? I have tweeted them now so hope...

    Tickets sold

I think that is a very pessimistic statement to make. However even if there is only 15k there how sad that 12k+ fans after a great evening at the Ricoh can drift away so quickly.
