Players can’t win lol.
Some get criticised for leaning in to the fan stuff.
Then Simms gets shit for not celebrating/acknowledging fans enough.
I’d never criticise someone for engaging with fans, unless it’s truly egregious.
It would do us good to have a settled No.1 for a season. Collins is good and seems to be the style of keeper Robins wants with the ball at his feet (more so than Wilson). If Wilson is happy to be #2 then we don’t need to go tearing things up imo. Other areas to focus on.
The goals were conceding do worry me. Huddersfield- 10 mins left, 2-0 up away from home and we shoot ourselves in the foot. Cardiff- 1-0 up and Kitching does something brainless like that. Even back to Preston it was largely of our own making.
It's about the message it sends too.
Maxing out the home capacity in anticipation of a successful season is backing the team to do well.
Holding back 2.5k seats for away fans because we're not sure we can sell out is the attitude of a small club.
MVE is consistently playing on the wing for us?
I barely remember Wright getting a kick yesterday. He's gona halfway across the world, played two internationals, come back, played 180 mins in 4 days. Dasilva is the only real alternative if Robins wanted to rotate.
Only Leicester and maybe Birmingham were because of the opposition though?
Wednesday sold out because it was Boxing day. Cardiff attendance boosted by the cup run. Also vastly different away attendances between those.
The usable capacity for the ground is nowhere near 32k. Leicester we had...
2500 can fit in half that. So we're only losing out on 500 tickets if they would bring 3000, and I'd bet on us to sell more than 500 there. If we were a solid top 6/challenging for autos it would be well worth it, would be near sold out every week.
