    Leyton Orient - Wednesday

And this in turn then makes the Ricoh seem soul less. If we were winning at home with more regularity, then the Ricoh would have much more of a buzz about the place.

    Leyton Orient - Wednesday

Yep, but by the same token, Orient I would say would be rather confident coming here based on the fact that we have only won 5 home games all season, failing to win the other 14.

    Who does this sound like?

Sounds a bit like my mother in law, except she's a gin slinger, a vampire and Cinderella's ugly step-sister,

    Leyton Orient - Wednesday

The Crewe win put a spanner in the works a bit. Also the situation whereby Orient were losing 1 nil at home yesterday and then suddenly Port Vale had a man sent off and with being down to just 10 men they capitulated and let 3 goals in.

    Who does this sound like?

Can't see too much wrong with that myself, apart from the 'we had more crosses than them' quip.

    Remakes of games

I wish someone would remake our game against Worcester.

The drum and the blue Peugeot

Ahh, I think I understand now. Not so sure about all the cymbolism though.

The drum and the blue Peugeot

And wouldn't it be almost impossible to have the drum on your lap with the steering wheel in the way?

Thank you. Exactly. I usually AM optimistic for sure, but that's correct, I always like to be realistic and give some context to situations and play devil's advocate. I saw no reason why we couldn't win the games, but just wanted to show that it looked like a tough run of fixtures. I like the...

    Who does this sound like?

Sounds to me like a boxer who has jabbed and jabbed all bout long and who has been winning on points, but then gets knocked out in the 6th round by a beautiful uppercut.

    Leyton Orient - Wednesday

Err, I think we will win on Wednesday. My thread is merely asking if it is a must win. Sorry you completely mis-read the tone of the thread.

    Leyton Orient - Wednesday

Yep. We have to look at those fixtures and believe we are capable of winning all 6.
  17. Otis

    Leyton Orient - Wednesday

Yes, i agree. I do believe if we win Wednesday we will just about be safe and it will only take maybe 4 points from the last 6 games to ensure that safety.

    Leyton Orient - Wednesday

Well, yes, I agree, but then it could be argued that it is harder to get them the more the pressure is on. If we say lost the next 2, trying to the win the next game after that could be a lot tougher because we would be more nervy and our morale would be low. Yep, it doesn't matter what order...

    Leyton Orient - Wednesday

it will affect crowds too. Excellent form at home would be so much better on a financial front for the club. We keep winning at home and home attendances will increase. That helps bring more money to the club and will make a Ricoh a much more pleasant place to be around too.

    Leyton Orient - Wednesday

Agree. and that's why I think that we shouldn't get too disheartened with a draw. We definitely need to be positive and go for the 3 points, but a draw would not at all be disastrous. A defeat could well prove to be though.
