I must be reading it wrong then. Is 85 units = 85 houses? Is there enough land for 85 houses, a car park, leisure facilities and a frontage to the Butts? Also allowing room for the Butts and its possible expansion?

I think as far as the Butts in concerned I'm going to work on the basis that it would, with some creative architecture, be possible but that until we hear something from the club to say its happening its not really worth worrying about too much.

You usually just get the next ticket off the pile for away games and then 9/10 when you turn up the stewards say sit where you like.

I would say Armstrong. As much as anything Wilson has suffered a pretty major injury. We don't yet know if that will have any long term impact on his game.

They can't so if and when someone takes over they will make a pence in the pound offer as you say. That's why its a bit stupid when a big fuss is made over a £1 offer. The key is not the sale price but what happens to the debt. How much is wiped out, how much is paid off during the takeover...

I would have thought the chap that runs CRFC would need to explain what was happening at the Butts. He's the one who has said that he is in the process of puchasing land around the stadium with a view to expansion. Remember all CCFC have said about the Butts is 'no comment'

This sort of team spirit can only help when trying to retain players. Especially if they think the club is on the up.

So back to the original point is there any actual evidence that SISU are taking millions out of the club?

We've been here before. There's 2 options. Either the value in the prospectus is dodgy or serious questions need to be asked about the sale price. The 'its worth more now because Wasps are here' is rubbish. Wasps average crowd is lower than ours and they play far less games a year yet someone...
