Nope, not at all guaranteed. But you have to say we would take going into Monday's game 2 points clear of the 4th from bottom team, in a game that they have to win and we don't. A draw for us will be fine. But with County having to go onto the offensive and attack us, I feel that suits us down...

    Mr. Reid

Nope, but I do recognise the banana peel there that the City keep slipping on over the years.

    Never played for us

Maybe it's just me, but I don't get this thread at all. Surely there are hundreds of thousands of players that have never played for us, who if were included in a team, we would be capable of drawing against.

    Mr. Reid

No, but Chico did I think.

Yep, totally agree with that, Phil. We win on Monday and we would probably only need one more win from 5 games and you would have to fancy us to do that.

    Guess the number of corners

Only saw the title thread and after asking my daughter, my answer was going to be 4.

    Never played for us

Players who have never played for us include Pele, Maradona, Bobby Charlton, Beckenbauer. Think there's a few others too. At least 12 more I would have thought.

If you look at a few of our relegation rivals, Crawley's top scorer has 18 goals this season, Notts County's has 10, Leyton Orient's 2 top scorers have 10 & 9 respectively. Scunthorpe's top scorer has 15, Walsall's top scorer has 15. Our firepower has been sadly lacking all season. We will...

Well, time for the likes of Nouble and O'Brien and Turgott to step up to the plate. Our goalscoring stats have been pretty dire all season long haven't they. A top scorer who has just 7 goals at this stage in this season is nothing short of pathetic.

Have to say, after the Orient game I was a little concerned, but after yesterday's set of results, I feel quite a bit more confident about our predicament. If we just take Monday's game in isolation, it has now become totally a must win situation for Notts County. Of that there is no doubt...

With this season being so bad .....

Ah, the heady days before the world of loan players.

He was. Far too good for League 1 I would say.

Emerson got injured the week before the FA Cup Quarter Final game against Sheff Weds.

With this season being so bad .....

If Nouble had any of the above qualities though, I don't believe he would have ever come here on loan in the first place.

With this season being so bad .....

I reckon I would have voted for Dean Emerson that season, myself.

So Lloyd. If that's wrong, Peake. If that's wrong, Oggy. ;)
