Hyam as a defender is good, very good at times but he has been at fault one way or another causing goals against us and he frustrates the hell out of me at times with his carrying the ball forward stopping and passing back, his default just seems to ba a back pass but he has definitely improved...

Rob you keep suggesting I am picking on Shipley, I do mention him but I don't make things up to start with the truth his tackling is almost non existent, he appears to look scared of tackling, his fitness looks to be a problem his passing is poor now the positives he has a great left foot on him...
