LBB is a top chap. Emotional and passionate and sometimes irrational! Happy to give credit where due but doesn't suffer fools gladly. Best posts always around 1.30 a.m after a few shandies. Anybody know what happened to Telegraph forum after going off line for "a few days" "for maintenance"...
Good stat which kind of confirms to me that with a good manager (AT) this team could move forward from this year into 10th-12th but not play off candidates currently.
I'd take a 9 point improvement
If it wasn't for the Sky Blues I would follow West Ham so can't join the gloating on this thread :)
Much prefer to see the following relegated. Villa, Blackburn, Man City, Liverpool, Everton
The boss has done all that could be asked of him. I am still interested how this group of players perform under pressure (sorry for going on about it). Just seems to me that when the pressure was on (when we had a play off shout) they went to pieces. But at the end of this season with the bottom...
lets see how we go when the pressure is on in a new season and how we line up before we get to excited. Otherwise we will be demanding resignations when our over inflated expectations aren't met as usual.
Jesus man. One minute its talk of a promotion push next year and glory times under Thorn then its doom and gloom because we're letting a guy go who MIGHT be good.
I'm sure there is a reason behind it. Done nothing wrong apart from looking a bit suspect at corners but then that will come with experience. Haven't said that I don't think its worth getting hot under the collar about.
I love these column fillers in the Telegraph of which there will be many closed season. Usually consists of players on a rota basis building up the spin for the next year. I mean they are never going to have something running like "Baker says City have no chance" or "Bakers concerns for next...
I'd always rather lose a good goalie than a good striker but thats just me.
Great keeper but a few years back we hadn't even heard of him and we coped. Once a player wants to play elsewhere I forget about them thats the way it is, look to the future.
couldn't agree with Rob and KG more, well done to them but I don't genuinely care because I'm not into womens football. Nothing against it just have no interest.
