Glad they’ve sat down and figured out what’s needed behind the scenes to sort this. Originally they put out an ad for an assistant but decided to go with 2 coaches. Now they realise an assistant is needed to Mark to give him support and also to marshal all of our coaches.

It’s interesting but even Adi was a defender so was able to coach that aspect. Delaney is the only coach who was a defender but not sure what his exact role is.
