Introduced in mid February ,supposed to include 10 players from the previous game, this after Blackburn Rovers were critical of Hudderafield rested players allowing Birmimgham to win 2-0 . The penalty is a disciplinary hearing . Don't know what the sanction is though.

Look I agree it should not be and we had a referendum but it's at Govt behest ,I've been mentiioning on here for a while were federalising the Country which is what we're supposed to be escaping from in the EU . London is acting like Brussels ,there is less and less accountability and Cohesion...
