    The twelfth man

It's a blip, and one we must all have expected given the age and experience of our team. We are already way ahead of where I thought we would be at this stage of the season. The one positive is that it can't be blamed on playing at the Ricoh... ;)

Barton ready to step it up?

I guess that's what makes the game so interesting. I thought when Barton came in for fleck, he played better than Thomas. He wasn't great, but Thomas was worse.

Les Reid - new story today

Have a listen to the podcast. The 2 guys who were at the meeting struggle to recall what was actually said and then guess at what some comments mean. They make it clear it's guesswork so fair play to them. Les should have just pointed people to the podcast really without any "headline" IMO

It does p me off when they focus for ages on the manager, dug out, ex player in the crowd etc while the game is still going on. Sky do that way too much.

Thomas gave the ball away more, as did j Clarke, yet you pick Barton out. Strange.

    Question for PWKH

    Hardly. That's grendel's only point in a 6-0 6-0 6-0 thrashing..... ;)

    Joy meets ann

Following the suggestion in the Telegraph the other night, it would be nice if CCC & ACL gave a figure that they wanted for the Ricoh freehold, ACL, etc complete, and then let Joy negotiate the sale of the whole thing. Anything above what CCC ask for is all SISU's..... Might be interesting to...

FA Cup Away Games - Best / Worst Memories

Liverpool 98 was a good day out, but surprised yet again by the absence of the "anfield roar". Their crowd were pretty quiet all game. Is it a myth or don't they bother for us? Sheff Utd - As soon as Dublin missed his pen, we knew... Man U in the 87 cup run. And, Man U when we beat them 2-0...

You would have thought that if ML was keen on not losing 10 points, he might have heard it whatever hat he was wearing.....

    Honesty

Distance is not the issue for me, in fact Northampton would be easier for me to get to. My stance would be the same wherever we "ground-shared" I'm not going again until the team are back in Coventry, and even then I'm not certain I will go. SISU have worn me down with what they have done to...
