    IHT is arguably the most important tax for long term social fairness. There’s no reason it should hit the vast majority of people though. It should be at a level where you can leave enough for a house but not enough to never work again.

    As it stands were desperate short of CBs. I think Leicester will be something like: Wilson CB Fadz CB Sakamoto Hamer Sheaf Dasilva Palmer/Allen Simms ST Maybe a loan AM, maybe a loan CB and ST. Squad is very thin though so we need much more than that.

    Not really the same was it? That was about removing the class system and the idea of undeserving poor because everyone taught alongside each other. And winning a war is a pretty good feeling!

    People keep saying no one wants to pay into the pot, but there’s been public support for tax rises quite consistently since the GFC. Less so right now obviously. I’m not going to pretend I want a U.S. Mad Max style economy, I’m very much team functioning society, but pick a damn lane.
