I think he's just bad at communication. You really think for the last however many weeks the players have just been going out to the training pitch on their own without direction? Of corse there has been proper training going on, he's just conveyed his words poorly.

I've been to every game he's played in home and away this year and he is a liability. One of the best passers I've ever seen (defender or otherwise) but off the ball he's a big big problem.

Having seen the Barnsley match at home last season when we were flying and they were bottom... to think one of those teams got promoted and it wasn't us gives me hope that you can put a run together at almost any point of the season and you've got a chance.
