Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

I think Wasps in Cov is a dead duck but the name carrying on in the RU circles will happen , like it or not they are a very big name in RU and reforming is a possibility probably a certainly, already been muted of a return to the London area think that’s more than a possibility.

Just read a headline that there is talk of Wasps leaving Coventry and going back to London area merging with London Irish who are in the shit financially as well not sure if that means sharing a ground or what but I’d say it’s a pleasing headline.

    Hamer

Back in the 70s after home games Colin Stein, Tommy Hutchison and others spent large parts of Saturday night in the Devonshire Arms obviously drinking tea & coffee, Hutchison played professionally until his mid forties.

    Palmer

Doing well impresses every time he plays, not what was being said early on by some of the experts on here, who seem a bit quiet now.

    Tell me about Kevin Drinkell

Rumour has it that we we signed Drinkell when we could of signed Niall Quinn. At the time John Sillett was in for him, Nial Quinn or John Aldrich Not the best in the transfer market was Sillett bless him.

Are we better off because Wasps have gone bump?

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

I think a meeting of this Wasp issue was inevitable and perhaps we should not pre-judge it until we know more to be honest I can’t see any, if any financial input that can save the day for Wasps but there are issues we know of around the CBS and the football club.
