Unfortunately I can't tell that to anyone without laughing. Call it gallows humour, call it what you want, but I find the whole thing just laughable. Looking very likely the gap may well increase too. Can you imagine ending up say 23 or 24 points adrift?

Well yeah, new manager bounces do happen, but you need a semblance of a reasonable squad in place first. As the old saying goes, you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.

Can't blame Robins for a side he has not put together. Mowbray and Venus built the initial squad and then Slade came and brought 8 players of his own. No Robins signings out there.

That's just 2 goals scored in the last 5 matches. But of course we now can win 8 out of the last 9. Keep the faith.
