Yeah agree. Experts have said that is the way for city centres to go, for them to be centres of entertainment and leisure activities. Hopefully the new water park will bring in footfall. There's a new escape room place now in Broadgate and of course there still Lazer Quest in Spon St. Needs...

And Andreu seems to be the type of player with the ability to unlock defences. He just appears to have that little something extra that could turn a game.

Okay. Do Sky show ads for all these types of shows I wonder.

I used to go and visit different cities just to shop. Stopped doing it now for the most part because every high street has all become so similar on the whole. I remember being really excited in the 1980's to go to Birmingham to go to a McDonald's. There wasn't one in Coventry I really wanted to...

Does it have ads in the US? I'm sure when they made GOT they must have known that ads would more than likely be involved wouldn't they?

Ha!! Had that yesterday at Cosy Club. Exact scenario. Breakfast with beans in a pot. Can't say I'm that arsed, but had the exact same conversation on preference with three people this morning walking the dog and they all said they wanted and preferred their beans in a separate pot!

We were in there last week. Reasonably healthy in terms of numbers, but by no means full. I feel the same with shops. What's the point going to any other city it every city has the same shops and restaurants? I love unique identities and it is something Coventry should play on.

I don't mind chips in a basket or bucket, but you seem to get a much smaller portion than normal that way.

Me too and with you all the way on chains. Would much rather a smaller independent restaurant. You then get a city with its own identity.

    Things that annoy you

Scammers. My brother came up from Hastings the other day. He went to get some petrol and a bloke approached him and his missus on the forecourt and said 'Oh, can you please help me? I'm so sorry to bother you, but I need money for petrol and I haven't got any. I'm stuck. Can you help?' My...

I have only ever seen it at Spangles. Was quite shocked, but also puzzled as to who would do that.

Eating out you mean? I know Spangles do it at Fargo. Something like £3.65 for a bowl of cereal.

I pay. I have NowTV so I can get Sky Atlantic. Just worry about the legitimacy of obtaining shows from elsewhere.

Ah, if only it was so simple!! ;) Just because 52% are happy to eat from a plant pot you can't automatically deduce that 48% aren't. You can't say they lose 47%. Surely there is also a percentage would would rather not eat out of a plant pot but would still do so and would still go. What you...

Of course. Never said otherwise. :) I would prefer to eat off a plate. Over half though were also happy to eat from a plant pot.

Adverts when it is show at 9 pm on Sky Atlantic isn't there? Even just for Sky's own programmes.

Nope. I just read 52% of people are happy to eat out of a plant pot.

My own personal opinion is that they are trying to force Wilko out. Wilko have a contract for about another 3-5 years there, but I think the management company are probably leaning on them and squeezing them, making them give up the first floor. BHS would be the obvious choice, but Wilko have...
