I think it will still be a long time before Wasps are considered a Coventry club.
You have to remember why they came here and that was simply for the stadium. They have no interest in the city of Coventry and it wouldn't have ever been on their radar as a potential new home without the Ricoh...
Really looking forwards to this. It's all been a bit stale lately and this forces Robins' hands into changing things, so I am expecting at least two changes on Saturday.
2-0 City and the endeth of the wailing and gnashing of teeth.
Trouble is playoffs can be a lottery. Dodgy pen, one off day, own goal, keeper blunder and it's all over.
I think it's this season or bust, so play-offs would be a bit of a lottery and a big worry.
I do think Beavon and Vincenti will come back in. Haynes may just sneak in. He played for the U23's on Monday. Guess it depends on whether Robins will risk him or not.
Well that's the thing. All sides give away silly goals at some point. If you are scoring at the other end though it is not such an issue and there lies the problem.
If we are not scoring this is going to keep happening. Own goal, dodgy penalty decision, goalkeeping error etc.
Well our best ones last year in the window were Stevenson and Willis, so I can't say I would be losing any sleep if it was either of them this time round.
