That's the same impression I got from the CWR interview. Somehow every question about the state of the accounts came round to comments about ACL and CCC. I couldn't care less what's in their accounts and if they are accurate or not, they aren't anything to do with us anymore.

Councils are easy targets for accusations as they are advised against suing for things like libel as it is considered a waste of money. You can accuse a council of pretty much anything and you're not likely to get legal action taken against you unless an individual on the council decides to take...
