Bids for McNulty / McNulty to Reading

We don’t need big money to sign a reasonable striker, it’s all about the ability of the players nerve in front of goal, how many they score depends on the supporting play

    Replacing McNulty

I would hope MR can try and get Mcgoldrick as he knows him well, knows how to play him, and he has a proven championship record as well. He can also bring on Ponti & Max by them learning from him. He is a free agent I understand so we can pay him reasonable wages as well

    Abu Ogogo

I think he knows that we cannot hang onto Bayliss and he is preparing the squad as such and using the projected income from Madders and Bayliss to develop a squad capable of challenging in Div1

    Abu Ogogo

All very familiar it seems to me! last year MR bought players who had the mental apptitude and desire to win and from a team that knew how to get promotion out of Div2 and now he embarks upon getting players who nearly got out of Div 1 . He may venture to get an ex championship player as a...

    Ryan Haynes has been sold

Vincenti played most of his career in Div 1 and certainly knows the league very well! Hope he has recovered from his torn groin muscle injury as they can be quite debilitating on a players movement around the pitch

    Becoming a Sky Blue

Dad took me to Highfield road in 1958 and got the bug quite early and used to go to the stadium every game after that and very rarely paid to see some or all of the games. The stewards used to open the gates 10 minutes after the second half started so used to sneak in. Also the corrugated fence...
