    Player Registrations

Remember this time last year when all the players had to sign new contracts, supposedly to support out the wage structure. I would be surprised if this wasn't the point at which the change was made. Maybe we should tweet Bell or one of the players who have left and see if we get an answer!

    Here comes the crunch!

I would imagine it's a matter of how you get the process started. ACL, or anyone else for that matter, don't have access to the books or internal workings of SISU so while they may be certain something that shouldn't have happened, such has asset stripping, has taken place, compiling enough...

    Player Registrations

FL should be ashamed, they haven't issued any clear statements and won't answer legitimate questions. Can only lead me to believe they have something to hide. When a group of fans went to their offices last week they refused to even answer the door to them!

    Sky Blue Ribbons

any idea who's taking them down, is it the council? surely even Fisher wouldn't bother sending someone round the city taking the ribbons down?

    Here comes the crunch!

Depends on the results of the investigation but if, for example, they have been asset stripping Ltd then those assets can be returned to Ltd (with the added bonus of possible legal action against Joy and Tim). Once everything is as it should be the sale process could be done again however now...

    Here comes the crunch!

Not sure people really think that. If the CVA is signed then that's the end of it, we're at Northampton and there's no further investigation into SISU. Refuse the CVA and who knows where we will start the season but the key point would be the management of the club by SISU would be investigated...

    Police on stand By

The proposed CVA shows an unpaid tax bill and they also haven't paid for their use of the Higgs Centre. Even ignoring that if they have only agreed to pay costs at the ground and the local police say there are further costs unless SISU agree to pay for it why would they pay any bill for it?

    Here comes the crunch!

I would guess a deal has been made with the FL (as it's their cock up that has allowed players and the golden share to be split between two companies) along the lines of they will allow Otium to takeover as long as everything ends up back in one company. Remember when ACL were going to challenge...

    Here comes the crunch!

The whole agree the CVA or we liquidate has never made sense to me as there were other offers on the table for Ltd. I don't understand how the administrator can allow assets to be moved from Ltd to Holdings while in administration when there is no guarantee Otium will be the eventual owners of Ltd.

    Police on stand By

I would guess if nobody will agree to cover the cost then they don't police it in which case the game will be called off due to safety concerns. Came close to happening at Pompey last season, police hadn't been paid and said if they didn't get what they were owed they wouldn't provide policing...

I hadn't noticed the league had taken over ownership[/COLOR] All clubs sites look the same to me, apart from colours. Uniform design and functionality. I imagine the league exert an element of control - which would also keep the costs down for the clubs. The website rights were sold for the...

SISU Out Message At The Hungarian Grand Prix

Remember when there was the fuss about SISU out banners at the Ricoh and we were 'warned' that SISU didn't like bad publicity and would walk away if the protests didn't stop?

    Police on stand By

Didn't Leeds recently win a court ruling the the club wasn't liable for costs away from the ground? This could be an issue as a lot of people will arrive by train which you would assume would mean extra policing away from the ground. If SISU are refusing to pay maybe Northants police are saying...

lets face it if any of them are remotely decent they will have gone elsewhere by the time we can sign anyone.

same here, I have a few seconds when I first wake up thinking there might be some good news then check twitter to find there's more bad news.

    CCFC announcement on new stadium

SISU aren't going to build a stadium. They might buy the land, they can hold onto that and sell it on in a few years without losing anything. They might even come up with some plans, off the shelf stadium plans can't cost much in the grand scheme of things but there's no way a single brick will...

    160 Season tickets sold

when you go to buy online you get a seating plan and you can see which seats have been sold. there's blocks on the halfway line that are clearly taken by the club unless they've sold out a couple of blocks with no one buying tickets in the next block along which doesn't seem likely!

Family zone - rush for season tickets

the majority of those 400 are blocks near the halfway line that have never gone on sale. Presumably they are reserved by the club for players guests etc. I looked yesterday and if you don't count those large blocks it's just over 30, suspect that is the true figure for tickets that have actually...

A new shirt fans can wear in protest

You could just have stripes without the solid bit at the top. They cant copyright stripes! Wasn't the reason they wanted to change the badge a few years ago because they couldn't copyright the one we use?

    Look out guys

If you'd told people the situation we'd be in now on the day SISU took over people would be saying it was pure silly nonsense! I don't think they are after northampton but nothing would surprise me anymore.
