Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

It’s surely a problem if there is a conflict of interest as an unelected official is essentially steering the council, deciding what ideas are put to them, and controlling the narrative.

Best for quality of life and keeping sane, IMO. I’ll be on this thread hours every day.

Is the effect still the same though, it’s listed as an investment of x million in CCFC generating x amount of interest per year?

I guess those loses show up as debtors on SISUs accounts and so effectively an asset? Would that be why they’d manufacture “losses” and hang around, it inflates their balance sheet? Or have I got that all wrong…

Pretty straight forward fella, Bounty are being taken out of Celebrations for a trial period. The shortage will be made up with an equal distribution of the other confectionary. The arguments are over whether or not Bounty are a good sweet, which is why the thread is so long. Do keep up.

Bas Basically most of them want to be convenient for them as individuals with zero other considerations…I thought us football fans were supposed to be the stupid ones!

Yeah but we haven’t got any money so presumably a potential future owner is covering it really.

They’re still a stakeholder and everyone has been badgering them asking them if they will do what they can to ensure games stay on, haven’t they?

It’s a good palette cleanser. Removing it is like having steak and chips without a side salad or something. Great in theory but a bit overindulgent.

Didn’t Duggins admit there was a meeting planned but said it wasn’t needed in the end?

Is it possible he’s going to use preferred bidder status as leverage to do a deal with SISU? Maybe that’s why there has been no contact, he wanted to strengthen his hand first?

They will surely hang around for years though getting what they can out of the club before they sell at a discount? Which means pain for fans.

Well that’s true enough but it doesn’t make getting the stadium before the club a good idea, just a less bad idea than getting the club first.

How would a party obtain preferred bidder status?

What’s their route out though? As others have said they won’t crystallise a loss so they will bleed us slowly with interest on loans.

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

He’d be crazy to do the stadium deal first without a plan for the club. Either he has an agreement with SISU or he really hasn’t had any contact with them yet which means a years long standoff between MA and SISU.
