I think you've got to bear in mind they're the strongest side to ever get promoted from the Nat League. I'd fully expect them to get promotion this season at the first time of asking. League one will be tougher, but very conceivable they do it in 2-3 seasons.
Lincoln almost did exactly that in...
You're on a forum, losing your head because someone disagrees with you, and all the while agreeing with posts which go against the argument you're putting forward (because you don't understand what they're saying).
A day well spent
Bloody hell David.
Their point is that Wrexham's sponsorship value is far higher than any other L2 club. Hence they'll charge 10x more than any other team for sponsorship. They won't overpay, but that price is significantly higher than say Grimsby.
Yep. I think they’ll end up shifting Parkinson this year as his football is a bit turgid, but in League two there’s still every chance they make the top 3 first time out.
Different level of money due to the revenue streams, so should give them more flexibility with FFP (if anything it probably benefits them). Look at the sponsorship they announced yesterday!
They'll be championship within 3-4 years
Agreed on this. Is it a new thing, two coin tosses? Seems like a huge advantage, and I'm fairly sure historical data would back that up
That said, the exact same thing happened to Carlisle the day after and they won
Obviously not ITK, so if that's the case fair enough.
Logically it doesn't make sense though. On £8k a week that's £416,000 a year.
He'd still need to have been earning well over the odds in L2 though, which he surely wasn't
