    AFC Wimbledon - Plough Lane

I think it was something along the lines that the land the ground was on had usage restrictions imposed on it so it could only be used for sporting purposes. Think there was also a clause that if the club went bust ownership reverted to the council. Hammam claimed that this was stopping him...

    Southam United Planning permission

Locally to me Portsmouth had the support of the council and from around 06 to their most recent admin were looking to build a new stadium. They went through 3 sites as even with a supportive council there was issues at each site which forced them to bin the plans and look elsewhere. Brighton...

How have you come to the conclusion that is the purpose? At the most recent of the smaller meetings Sepalla was reported as being very clear that we weren't going back to the Ricoh. From what has been said by the club this forum is to cover historical events and how we have ended up in this...

Exactly, if you're going on the radio to discuss the accounts surely you meet with your accounts team first to make sure you are clear on everything, or if you're not have them there with you to answer questions you can't. It seems nothing untoward has happened but by handling it the way they...

Does that mean the actual value of Ryton, if it were to be sold, has dropped? Seems a big drop if so or is it just an accounting trick?

Judicial Review - How many days will it be in court?

Everything I've seen says 3 days. We probably won't get a verdict until a few weeks after that as the Judge goes off to go over all the evidence before writing a report.

    Back to Saturdays and Tuesdays.

I don't think people abandon the club, that's a very black and white way off looking at things. People just over time stop being as dedicated, for want of a better word, as they were. I feel that myself, to be honest I've had to force myself to stay as interested as I have and if it wasn't for...

    Fans forum tickets?

Surprised at that, I would have thought more people would have been in favour of the current financial situation being explained rather than going over things from years ago that have no impact on us moving forward. That was certainly the impression I got from posts on here. Personally I would...

    Carl Baker

The point at which he signed we were already in the shit so if SISU didn't consider the possibility of relegation when sorting his contract extension that's a failure on their part. Why do clubs not put in clauses that vary wages according to division?

sisu: 1 week till we hear the truth

Have we? Is that a different rebate to the one the council paid to SISU that has been discussed at length on here? Worth point out the rent was owed to ACL and the rebate due from the council so at no point did we owe £200K net. If you have a £1000 bill from N Power but BT owe you £500 you don't...

    Club Statement

I don't think they did either hence the deduction at the end of the day making no difference. In my opinion our regular post Xmas slump is down to two things in recent years. 1) coming out of the transfer window with a weaker squad when others are improving their squad and 2) having a smallish...

    Football League deadline update

Did he get them from a public domain source or were they passed to him by someone (SISU?) in the hope they would be leaked? Seems odd that everything on the SISU was made public, seemingly through unofficial channels, very quickly.

    Club Statement

You're missing the point. The point is being asserted by some posters that our points deduction did impact our season and without we could have been promoted. Now clearly this isn't the case if you add 10 points to our total so the assertion is that the attitude of the players would have been...

    Club Statement

Sorry, my mistake I was in fact referring to them getting to the play off final. The same point stands really, they had a bigger points deduction yet reached the final but we are being told by some on there the players didn't go all out as there was no chance of success following the points...

    Football League deadline update

Wasn't that Rob S as well? The question would be how he, or whoever it was, gained access to them. I assumed at the time they were in the public domain as part of the court case and the equivalent Higgs documents would follow shortly after but that never happened.

sisu: 1 week till we hear the truth

So the question would be why, when other clubs have managed to maintain this higher level of support following a move, did ours drop back down? The only answer I can think of is lack of success, or even the prospect of success, on the pitch.

    Football League deadline update

Has it yet be revealed how the SISU court documents became publically available while the Higgs side of the argument didn't? Would be nice to have access to both sides of the story.
