We've been told over and over again the the JR appeal can only consider the originally presented evidence, i.e.: did the judge make the wrong decision based on the available evidence. Is that not correct because if it is I'm struggling to see how they're now including anything relating to the...

The council should have offered the deal to SISU. If they did and SISU said no there could be little criticism of the council for selling to Wasps. By not offering to SISU they have left themselves open and the only reason I can think of for not offering it is that they thought they would accept...

To me a clearer statement would have been we will then look for alternative buyers. When they kept saying ACL was performing well and there was no need to sell it didn't really make it sound like it would be sold off to anyone that put in a low offer.

If, and it's a huge if, SISU have evidence that something untoward has occurred during this deal I absolutely want them to carry on with legal action, I want them to win it and I want the end result to be Wasps buggering off back to London. If they have nothing then they absolutely should not...

But Wasps have purchased a lease double the length of that, did CCC tell SISU that was available and the price it was available at. If they did and SISU did nothing then fair enough but if they didn't then they have not acted in the correct manner in my opinion.

    Next Seasons season ticket...or not.

Next season is out for me. Living in Pompey I can't get to enough home games to make it worthwhile. Hopefully sometime after June 2016 when the wife finishes Uni I'll be moving back to at Cov, or at least nearby, so I'm in for the 2016/17 season, it's the main reason I'm moving!

Reda (again) out for 3 weeks

SP really needs to get some wins without Reda playing or the pressure will be back on big time. A win tomorrow and we will hopefully be nearer the playoffs than relegation with the bonus of removing the 'we can't win without Reda' issue. Lose and will the players start believing they can't...

We do know this, clearly owning both the ground and the club gives an exit strategy, it doesn't mean they are going to take it but it would certainly exist and would in all likelihood maximise their ROI from their current position. As things stand at the moment the only exit strategy appears to...

That's changing the question. What I want to know is did CCC, Higgs or ACL ever indicate to SISU that ACL could be purchased, with a huge lease extension, for under £6m? If not then in my opinion they are very much in the wrong. The preferred course of action should always have been to unite the...

    wasps

It would be interesting to know the process that took place, who approached who etc. There were rumours floating around that ACL made the move to bring the club back as the Wasps deal required us to be in place as tenants but there have also been conflicting rumours that the FL finally made a...

Obviously CCC can't force SISU to bid but I would very much like to know if SISU were informed they could purchase a 250 year lease for under £6m. That's a key point for me, ignore all the posturing and spin on both sides, was there ever any indication given that this sort of deal was possible...

If SISU got the Ricoh on a similar deal to that which Wasps have it would give them an exit strategy. Compare the value of CCFC now to a CCFC that came with effective ownership of a PL standard stadium. That value would increase even more if they put in a minimal investment and got us promoted...

The biggest mistake SISU made was the way they went about getting what they wanted. If at the point Fisher started banging on about rent they'd come out with a clear statement saying we can't go on paying £1.2m a year, we need ownership, we have submitted a bit for £xm for ACL I'm sure they...

I have never had any problem with SISU having a similar deal to that which has been given to Wasps and I can't understand why any fan of CCFC would. In fact the deal with Wasps is far better than any deal I would have expected to be offered so I would have been overjoyed if SISU had been given...

Coventry City Football Club Statement - The club are aware SISU have served legal pap

Is this so they can bring in new evidence, I believe they can't do that in the JR appeal. If so I wonder if they actually have any or are just hoping something will show up.

Coventry City Football Club Statement - The club are aware SISU have served legal pap

Do they normally make such a clear distinction between the club and the owners, maybe it's just the way this statement reads.

Lets hope SISU have a decent case. Quite frankly I don't care what grounds or tactics SISU use to get a win in this if it means Wasps get sent packing and we get a shot at a similar deal.

Lets hope for once they bloody win for a change! There is something that seems a little suspect about the sale to me, the way it was kept secret and then all rushed through with pretty much time for anyone to object, the low price, everyone claiming confidentiality. Even the unanimous vote, is...

Hang on, I thought MGI were brining in a PL team in a couple of years but now you're saying no football team can play at the Ricoh as they won't have primacy  They would be crazy to not give us primacy, FL / PL rules require it while it isn't a requirement for Wasps in their league...

    I feel sick

Unless the current seats are going to last 250 years at some point they will need to be replaced, what colour do you think they will be when it gets to that point?
