You make it sound like people are making wild claims. The available evidence such as previous Wasps accounts, previous ACL accounts, availability of free tickets etc makes it highly unlikely they are now making a profit. That's not anyone saying they won't make a profit in the future just that...

Think they use TicketMaster in which case that's going straight to them. The way it works is the ticket seller gets all the face value of the ticket and TM get the fees. If they wanted to have the tickets on there without any fees they'd get a nice bill from TM as someone has to pay them.
