Agreed, unfortunately for you, even though you started your post by saying you havnt written him off, you've now officially written him off and your a moron, and a hater, and don't know anything, (according to some on here,)
I haven't suggested we drop him for some random u18.
If you actually read the post you'd of seen that if (if) he doesn't step up he will be overtaken by the youngsters.
That's the same for any player at any club.
Amazing how you can read a post and interpret it however you choose.
If you read the above posts you'd see that Simms gets applauded by the SBA when he comes on, and they are backing him during the game, so he's not suffering from a lack of support.
I doubt he bothers to read any posts on here, but should we be saying that only positive posts should be...

MR discussed some of the youngsters in the above article, some are now training with the first team, and it appears they are likely to get a chance if needed at some point.
Why do you have this constant fascination with people writing him off?
No-one is writing anyone off after a 3 games, when they haven't even played a full 90 minutes, it's a ridiculous statement to make. but somehow keeps getting banded around.
Let me spell it out to you, so we can put it...
After his fingers in the ears celebration last week, it was nice to see him acknowledge the fans today when they sang his song after the goal.
It was also good to hear the SBA outsing the sheepshaggers in their own back yard.
Wright isn't getting stick because although he's clearly taking time to get used to us, he is trying hard, and has shown glimpses of quality.
His movement in a packed box for his goal against Borough being just 1 example, his willingness to use his strength for Godden's goal being another...
I hope your right, and I'd be delighted to be proven wrong. But I've seen absolutely nothing from him in his first 2 and a bit appearances to suggest he's going to be a success here, now I'm well aware that's very little time to judge a player on, but I saw more from Gyokeres and Waghorn...
And to think, some people actually wanted to see Simms and Wright upfront today.
Thank fuck that didnt happen.
We've spent 10+million on two strikers who couldn't hold a candle to Godden. (Yet)
Awful game, a point each probably fair, but zero creativity or skill from either side.
No one stood out, 6/10 all round as an away point is rarely a bad result.
Fuck all else to say.
Move onto next week.
