    Dads army

Heads up for any iTunes users. There's some complete series classics on offer. Dad's Army, Only Fools, Porridge, Hi-Di-Hi Fawlty Towers and It Ain't Half Hot Mum all reduced. There's also Series 1 of The Musters, which is 38 episodes, for £3.99! Snapped that one up, looks like they're had some...

Paul Fletcher : Ground Share will never work

You might want to read the article as he says it would be stupid to build a new stadium!

    Browns Lane?

You could easily fit a stadium in up there. If you put it on the end of the industrial estate next to the Jag Club it wouldn't be right next to any houses. Improve Coundon Wedge Road for access off the A45 / Holyhead Road. I'd certainly be making some calls and finding out who owns what and...

    Browns Lane?

The stadium part of the Ricoh is under 8 acres. include the Jag hall etc and its around 11.5. Add in the car park and its about 22 acres. If there's a 22 acre site that now could be available then someone from the club should be straight on the phone. Do we know exactly where this was going to be?

Council pays more to rent library site than Coventry City FC pays to lease Ricoh

That was upstairs wasn't it? Looks like its a mirror image of the old shop but on the other side so if you walked straight through the atrium (assuming you can get out the other end) it would be on the left as you go out.

Done a quick search. Unit 4B was available for £61,750 a year. Think that's roughly the same size as our shop. Interestingly also saw a advert to lease our old club shop at the Ricoh, and there's another similar space around the other side which is up for lease.

Its on the end isn't it? You could potentially put ticket windows in for use on matchdays.

No idea how big the library is but we might not need the whole thing. Could it be split into smaller units but still be bigger than where we are?

Council pays more to rent library site than Coventry City FC pays to lease Ricoh

So we're comparing £110,850 a year to £100,000 a year. But of course if we compare the total amounts paid since both facilities opened we have paid far more as we were being charged £1.2m a year. And of course on the current deal we get the Ricoh for 23 days. That's £4,347.83 a day. The library...

Its a bit like me going for a job interview, getting the job, handing my notice in and then saying I never wanted to leave!

    RCC injury problem

In all seriousness its probably not the worst idea to get him registered just in case we end up having to play Skuza. Might be better to have Oggy on the bench than Addai. Is he even 16 yet? Addai I mean not Oggy :p

Keeping up Appearances is the most sold BBC programme

Just took a look at what the top paid TV stars are on. Now its on Wiki so probably isn't 100% accurate to say the least but some of them are mind-blowing. Dr Phil on $80m, Charlie Sheen was on $50m for Two and a Half Men. Mariah Carey and Britney, $18m and $15 to judge on American Idol and...

If so Mowbray and Anderson need to start talking to each other. Its not the only time Mowbray has said one thing and Anderson the opposite.

    maddison deal

Something is a bit odd. We've got TM saying Maddison never asked to leave, making it appear he was sold against his will. Then we've got Anderson saying it was Maddison who was pushing for the move.

'I judge children by their names'

I can't comprehend what went through their minds to think what they were doing was OK. I don't even like leaving my dog alone in the house, I start worrying I'll be burgled or the house will catch fire or something. How on earth someone can think I'll just leave my kid alone in a foreign country...

'I judge children by their names'

There was a chap from somewhere in the Midlands that got done for leaving one of his kids for 5 mins to go into the chemist. Was classed as child neglect and he nearly got his kids taken off him.

Meet CCFC Supremo Chris Anderson On Monday Night

Great in theory but in the real world you'd just have a pissed off player who doesn't want to be here. This way we get him trying his hardest the rest of the season. And who knows, if Norwich stay up we might get him back next year.

    RCC injury problem

Exactly, think its just the way he's said it or the way its been written. He doesn't want to bring in a loan to sit on the bench as that would mean leaving another loan out and there's no point signing and paying someone for the rest of the season who won't even make it on the pitch. We can put...
