Is he on a 1 year deal at MK? Just had a look at his stats and despite being out injured for 3 months he's their second highest scorer. Would be surprised if they don't offer him a contract next season when they'll likely be back in L1.
He's not the worlds greatest player but he's a decent L1...
To be fair that's probably the one thing I'd let him off with. He seemed to be handling Reda well until he got a freak injury not related to anything he had before. He then got Turner in as a replacement, a great signing, only for him to get injured as well!
As big as those injuries were they...
I'd be tempted to put some kids in but there's no point putting a load in at once. Defiantly start putting 2 or 3 in each game and see how they get on. No point keep playing this lot who clearly aren't interested and won't be here next season.
What can it be that is rotten? If you look at it logically over the last, lets say, 25 years we've:
changed managers multiple times
been through hundreds of players
had directors of football
completely changed the board members several times
changed chairman / md several times
changed owners...
That's what worries me. If he keeps his job and we're top next Xmas what then?
That was after we beat Gills and went top.
How have you worked that out? Mowbray only agreed to take the job when he got what he wanted. He has a decent budget and, along with Venus, total control of the football...
What drives me mad is why the CT can't ask the question. If, as you say, it is a non starter for the pitch to be ripped up and replaced with a pool that should have been cleared up straight away instead of them printing stories about the future of the academy being in doubt.
17th last season. W13, D16, L17. Scored 49 and conceded 60.
9th so far this season (including tonight), with 7 games to go. W15, D11, L13. Scored 59 and conceded 44.
Bury, who are 16th, are only 6 points behind us.
At the start of the season I said I just wanted an improvement however you...
If the weather is anything like it is down here (torrential rain, strong wind and freezing cold) it will put off anyone who was unsure if they should go.
It wasn't exactly marketing genius to move the game to clash with England v Netherlands on free TV. I'll have the England match on with the sound off (always a good move with ITV!) and our game on CWR.
