A while back Bob Ainsworth posted an explanation on his website of who owned which bits of land at the Ricoh. Of that piece of land he said 'this land is owned by the council on behalf of the taxpayers of Coventry. If designated for retail it would be worth many millions'.

Wasn't worried. Annoyed at the football club being messed around by Wasps yet again. I now have a match I've paid to attend, via my season ticket, that I most likely won't be able to attend.

So in a nutshell the rugby club have no contract for a ground share and no legal entitlement to a groundshare so are acting like dicks to try and force the football club, who don't even own the ground, to give them a groundshare.
