logically the better dressing room would either be shared so whoever is playing gets it or goes to the 'bigger' club who make more use of it. we should certainly be asking that question. I can't imagine other championship rugby clubs have huge dressing rooms so shouldn't be a problem for them.

We wouldn't need to insure the building, that's someone else's problem. We'd need single event insurance and realistically that's just a case of speaking to the provider and ensuring cover continues on the current terms on a match by match basis.
