We could firm up our borders by invoking the 3 month rule as do Belgium and other EU countries. We were amongst the first to let in the Romanians and Bulgarians. That was a UK choice. Germany didn’t because of the poor German labour market at the time. UK choice not EU dictat. If you now remove...

The long term gain is just what you have been told. Rees Mogg says in 50 years the UK will be booming. I won’t be here so I won’t be able to compare notes. A bit like religion telling you things will be better in heaven when you die. I prefer sticking to what I know, one of the top G7...

Crooked organisation? Are you following the Conservative conference? The lies, the calls to emotions to cover the failures? And you are worried about the EU?

No. We should stay in the EU because leaving will not bring us more benefits than we have by remaining.

Read what I posted. It would be better if you changed the subject from individuals and told us something positive about the Brexit negotiations or how the UK will be better off.

It isn’t. And „brim full employment“ doesn’t mean no unemployed. There are always people between jobs, just left school or Uni and those that cannot be arsed, or those that are not mobile because of family or other reasons.

You scout the net and post anything remotely anti EU. Mainly Selmayr, Juncker or fish stories, but not Brexit benefit stories. Funnily enough.

Which is what I agreed. Imported parts become more expensive. They are then the same price as local so you buy local at more than previously. According to you. So what haven’t I understood.

Brexit is supposed to show benefits. Where are the benefits? Don’t guess the benefits, just come out with the facts. You try and say how easy peasy Brexit is, and when anyone points out there may be disadvantages that you haven’t thought about, you just say they are trying to knock the UK. Half...

If people leave poorly paid employment for better jobs ( if they are capable), then who replaces them? We have full employment.

You said they would be 5% more expensive and your firm would buy local.
