Of course males are responsible for male violence against women - the clues in the fucking sentence! But does that mean ALL men are responsible for it? Or even MOST men? As I've said I was brought up in an almost exclusively female household, so I think I've just naturally become accustomed to...

I went there but because at home my family was pretty much all female - mum, sister, two grandmas and an auntie compared to one grandad, it levelled me out. There were certainly a couple of lads who had fucking horrendous views of the role of women, and these weren't exactly ones you'd think...

It's not just one way. I can't be the only one to have been unfortunate enough to have encountered a hen party or girls night out and the harassment they can give guys, especially ones by themsleves, is massive. A stag party would, quite rightly, be thought of as pigs for doing the same to...

It's something I tend to do naturally, but what do you do when it's a single footpath?

Of course it's a predominantly male thing, especially the violence as it's exacerbated by testoterone. But does that mean we should generalise it and assume all men are likely to do it? No. That's why the idea of this 'male curfew' is utterly absurd. You can't punish a majority of people for...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Covid will have played a part, but that'd work in both directions and even out - swings and roundabouts. Any drop in our exports would be matched in a drop in our imports. When you look at non-EU it's roughly equal - about 9%. But our exports to the EU have dropped by a huge amount compared to...

    Piers Morgan leaves GMB

It kind of is a lot of the time, with Norcott brought in just to give it balance. I find Parris quite condescending and seems to have a massive opinion of herself. Some of the stuff she does about men is really lazy stereotyping - she's almost a reverse Bernard Manning at times. Nish is REALLY...

    The official NFL Thread

Still find it amazing that most capitalist nation on Earth uses a socialist principle to even out the competition in its favourite sport. You literally get rewarded for being shit. Then I remember it's a closed system and all the 'franchises' are just money making machines for the billionnaire...

    4 Day Weekend

It prob will be when it eventually happens. Whatever the outcome of something it'll be celebrated as a victory cos history is written by the winners. Like Bonfire night - we'd still have that even if they'd succeeded because it'd have been seen as a great victory against monarchy/Protestantism...

    4 Day Weekend

Yep, great way to say thank you - give everyone else a day off while they have to work! If it was in the summer probably make it worse if people sat drinking all day.

As well as those two there's Reece James and James Justin who aren't shabby. Max Aarons is also one for the future. Left side much less so. you've got Chilwell and Saka, who's very attack minded and then....? Next one I can think of is Shaw.

A civilised society would consider others and would happily put up with the minor inconvenience to try and prevent hundreds of thousands of people getting ill. Even a selfish one would think it'd give themselves a better chance of not getting ill. I didn't realise Japan wasn't civilised.

    Big sky blue news tomorrow

I also don't believe you'd say "an agreement has been made", then say " it needs to be checked over by the legal teams". If it hasn't been written down and checked by the legal teams it's not been agreed at all.

    Big sky blue news tomorrow

Indeed it must have. Just doubt the reason for it would be to prevent SISU pulling out, or even vice-versa. If anything it's more likely to scupper the agreement...

    Big sky blue news tomorrow

Doubt it. Leaking info would be more likely to see the animosity and bad blood return and someone pulling out of the deal. Even if it was said SISU pulled out, SISU would deny it and blame it on Wasps and then it's the usual 'he said, she said' and people believing whichever side they want to.

I agree and it can act as an adjuster. If there are loads of loans remaining unpiad it shows that the education sector isn't providing the skills and employment it's supposed to help towards. This leads to questions being asked as to the validity of some of the courses on offer and how students...
