    But surly they would have that in place now so they can start building. out of town Shopping centres are harder to get planning permission for these days, so would probably have to be some other sort of business that is less lucrative.     3 to 5 years of this shit No Thanks. Not happening and if it does happen to come to fruition if it is not in Coventry they can stick it. Warwickshire is not our home County and West Midlands is 20 miles away they may as well re brand and stay in the Pit.
