It's been reported that non-league clubs are to ask the FA from next year if they get into the third round of the Cup and get drawn against a Premier League team at Home, they would like the choice to play it at the Premier League teams ground. I think that's a fair solution, win win all round.

Ok suing the FA is a bit strong. But it would have been nice if the FA, when they change the rules that any non-league Club missing out on a replay are in some way compensated for missing out on gate receipts.
