I ran 0.14 miles in 7 minutes the other day according to my phone GPS. Strange as every other day I’ve run it it’s clocked at just under a mile (0.94 to be precise).

Comical that you’d decide to drive to a local tourist attraction to test your driving rather than doing laps of your family’s 6-mile estate. And absolutely standard that those who feel they might not be safe to drive would have a 4 year old kid in the car.

I have much the same thought process. In an ideal world I’d want to complete the season as I’ve bloody loved it. Completely impractical though.

Managed about 2 miles in 16mins 45secs yesterday morning. Not bad considering I haven’t run that distance for about 10-15 years (and I know it’s reasonably short!).
