If this is true then this will surely put Sisu/Otium to the test on reinvesting in the team. It's all well and good them saying that the budget is low but when this money comes they have to spend at least 50% back into the team team, they cannot still come out with the bullshit that we will wait...

Really? Have Sisu/Otium not had 7 years years to try and sort it out? Yes things ended up badly with previous regimes but to be where we are now and the prospect of things staying the same (or getting worse) is far more criminal in my opinion.
