Play actually stopped on 64. (I knew exactly what was going on as I saw the lightening) Play was stopped for a good 10 mins. To add 8 on, not even accounting for subs, stoppages and time wasting outside of the 10mins for lightening is unfathomable.

This is incorrect - play stopped on 64. Then everyone fannied around for a couple of minutes before we went off. 8 mins added - that means absolutely zero for stoppages/time wasting/subs etc, which today could easily have been 6+..... Horrendous officiating.
