    season ticket sales

Most seasons I consider moving to one of the lower end hospitality offerings but the value just isn't there. OK as a one off special occasions but hard to justify for every game. Also think some of the newer offerings they have launched are all a bit similar.

And then there's Cleverly banging on about how much it might cost Thought Gordon Brown made a good point the other day. You really need to sort out end of life care if you're going to have a discussion on assisted dying otherwise you risk the options being substandard care or ending your life

No idea what your thoughts were before you started doing it yourself but I find a lot of people change their mind when they get the chance to try it for themselves. Fair enough I guess as it is counter intuitive that more work gets done in 4 days at home / hybrid than 5 days in the office. But...

FFS, we could be looking at a decent chunk of the season without Wright or Dovin. Will need to make two signings, and likely spend a fair chunk of the budget, just to cover injuries.

Not convinced a Gove & Cummings orchestrated redemption arc for themselves is adding much benefit. After all they were both in government for many years when recommendations from previous inquiries were ignored. Is there much here in terms of new information? We know all about Rotherham Council...

The problem here is that we're now so fucked there's not a short term fix. If the government came out tomorrow and said we've put the funding in place for the required number of police, teachers, doctors etc to be trained you've still got to both find people who want to go through that training...

When people thrown stuff like this out I'm always intrigued as to how the people they know doing this are getting so much money. There was a point when I thought I might lose my job post-covid. I looked into how much I would receive in benefits and it was basically fuck all, nowhere near enough...

Students can get a 2 year post student work visa fairly easily but the years spent as a student don't count towards the 5 years needed for indefinite leave to remain. Technically if you been in the country for 10 years continuously, even on multiple study visas, without spending more than about...

Non EU makes up over 80% and there's a breakdown on the ONS site, I'm curious how we can look to get the levels down without shooting ourselves in the foot? The university sector is already warning multiple universities are on the verge of bankruptcy due to lower overseas student numbers...

this needs to be asked by interviewers every time a manager complaining about fixture congestion. rest also seemingly less important if Sky decide they want to move games

How come there’s no Boxing Day or New Years Day games? Seems a bit odd given Sky were pushing for Christmas Day games last season.

This already exists to an extent. I’ve worked with people in the past who have wanted to move jobs but can’t even move to the same job with another company under their visa terms. If they had been sacked or made redundant that would be the immediate end of their visa. The idea that you can...

What I’ve described is absolutely part of their immigration policy. We’ve got people talking about integration, you can’t dismiss policy areas because they aren’t in line with your desires. If you want a Danish system fine, but if you want to cherry picks part of a system to suit then it’s...

    season ticket sales

Going to be interesting. You could make a pretty compelling argument for a big increase given the number of season tickets sold and games being sold out last season. Let’s hope they don’t go crazy.
