Agree with the optimists. Can not see us going down. Mate is a Vale fan and he says their fans are fretting about the drop too, which, to us, looks pretty fanciful.
You would probably reduce the number of games you attended. Where this would leave our already thinning crowds is anyone's guess. Not sure that people like Kev Monks would be able to keep up but it's a few less league games so who knows?
Will the Arena be renamed at the end of the season? Thought the deal with Ricoh was for ten years which would expire in the summer. Will JLR take over the naming rights as part of the Wasps deal?
I wonder if he is interested in saving us this season in order to put himself in the shop window?
If we go down or have a horrific near miss like Charlton in 2008, would he get the blame? In these scenarios, would he stay and would the fans want him?
Another striker? Who is it at this club thinks that a supposed lack of strikers is the cause of our ills? We already have Nouble, Miller, tudgay, Jackson, Samuel, Sanmi, Williams, Prozchewiz, and others from the academy!
Perfect post. At least someone has a grip on reality.
Have to say, IF the new stadium happens I may well give up and just support one of the smaller Cov clubs and Wasps.
You have taken the club's side at every opportunity and have aggressively scapegoated the council, most city fans, waggott, thorn, fleck and anyone else you can think of in deflecting blame from where it really belongs I.e. sisu capital ltd. Multiple threads in the last 4 years prove this. You...
Have a browse through the post history of grendel, torch or a handful others and take your pick. If anyone blames SISU for anything these guys accuse you of loving the council or being a Wasps fan.
Before clamouring for MORE loannees do consider how we could pick them when we already have the max number in our matchday squad and are having to leave other loannees out altogether.
I am proud of anyone who stands up to vile ruthless bullying. SISU dragged the good name of this club through the mud and yet some fans defend them through misplaced loyalty, when it is clear they are unreasonable faithless aggressors.
Remember what happened the last time we won 2 in a row. The manager got a 4 year deal, we then won 4 league games out of 25 and he got the sack. Let's keep our feet on the ground this time.
