Palmer on makes sense. We need a spark from somewhere. Much as I love Saka he has been bullied today so EMC with his strength is probably a good move.

I think we need Allen on for Torp or Eccles and Palmer for Rudoni. For all his faults Palmer is capable of producing a moment of brilliance to create a goal. At the moment I don’t see how it’s coming otherwise. Simms has hardly had a touch.

That's true but they are also allegedly in breach of the EPL's rules. If I remember correctly they brought the legal action to prevent that being enforced last season and potentially denying them promotion.

Who cares about the state of our defence/defensive midfield? With a front six of Saka, Simms, BTA, Wright, EM-C and Bassette we will easily outscore Bristol 👍 7-4 to us 🙂

I think we will only play that formation if (a) the two at the back are wing backs and (b) two of the halfbacks are attacking midfielders. It’s important to get the balance of the formation right.
