I think you have hit the nail on the head there mate. Wasps have had it so easy with the stadium (including sisu making it easy by going to Northampton) that they thought we would just roll over and accept the indemnity clause because we had to be at the stadium. Hopefully now time has passed...

That's not legal action mate, if the EU deem that there is an issue then it's turns into legal action against the council only nothing against wasps which was the agreement that we made with them so there is no "legal action" to drop
