Christie confirms he is off ?

I have never understood the hatred for players who move on for a better deal somewhere else at the end of their contract. Lets put it like this, your working for your current company, you love the place, all your mates are there can't offer you a decent wage or progression. So, you start...

50 years ago today, we were champions.

Far happier days, the glory of the Sky Blues and Jimmy Hill. I can still see the Hud hammer home the winner. As fans we must have done something wrong somewhere, it was a brief moment in time where anything seemed possible. Now its just so depressing.

Bit of bubble when Dowie was here, that game and the Blackburn cup match apart from the JPT the only highlights for long long time

    Andy Turner's Article

The fact we have done so well, apart from the recent poor form, which does coincide with us losing Clarke and Wilson is a miracle. I'll be honest, I thought we were odds on the go down. We need to keep Pressley as long as we can, given an half decent budget could get us out of the league next...

    Favourite ever sky blue experience?

Got the programme from the Blackburn game somewhere... I always remember the comment section where they said we hope today's result does not make Jimmy H(ill)... ha that will teach them.

League Cup Semi at Home v West Ham, won 3-2 having been 2 down, v Wolves in the middle of 51K fans, winning 3-1, who can ever forget Gibbo that day, brilliant, and of course the FA Cup

Is it time for Safe Standing areas to return?

The only way it will return officially is based on the German model, shown in the picture earlier in the thread. To be honest I cannot remember the last time I actually sat down at a match personally I do prefer to stand. But not everyone does, for example some older fans, young families etc...
