To continue with the original thread, I agree with Monkeyface about the use of Twitter to keep fans informed. I'm sure that setting up an account on this forum would enable Mr Brody to reach a wider audience.

I agree about Steve Froggatt. I think he would have become one of our greats, but for that injury.

I think Juke will really come good next season. If MK stays, then we'll have a strike pairing that will cause huge problems for every defence they play against. Maybe 30-40 goals between them.

If Westwood is going (as seems the case) Murphy would be a good replacement. Hines has pace, which is something we are crying out for. Philips has a year or two left in him at this level and could score plenty. Lua lua and Euell would be worth a punt, too. If only we had some money!!!!!!!!!!

Now that the Premiership season is over, there may well be offers of contracts for both of them; it's no surprise that nothing has happened yet. I really hope that Marlon stays with us. As for Westwood, I would like him to stay too, but I get the feeling that a deal was done a long time...

Bamalamafizzfazz - The money that MK seems to be seeking is the going rate for a player of his quality; I don't agree with the crazy pay rates in football today, but that's how it is. It will stay like that until Sky and others pull the plug or a few 'big' clubs go under.
