On the basis that we are presumabley keen for him to sign and he is presently without a club then no news is more likely to be bad news as he clearly doesn't like the terms that are on offer. My gut feeling is he won't sign.

A fan and a supporter are different. A fan (definition - devoted admirer, enthusiast) would be what somebody would be classified as for watching England passionately from their sofa. A supporter (definition - to sustain, assist) is somebody who actively spends time and money to travel to watch...
