If anyone is interested, SyFy and Universal channels are showing the first series from next Thursday 21st. Well, I say the first series, all I can see atm is the 1st 2 episodes on my Virgin Tivo.

Just my two-penneth, I believe it is worth it, watched all series 1, even the very last part of episode 10 after the credits ;) where it does answer some questions, but ultimately asks a lot more!

Reading Wiki, the first 2 series were by the BBC, thier upcoming 3rd series, based in Spain, is by Sky Atlantic.
