So there is no pressure on SISU then to file them. As soon as they do there will be no reason why they could not sign players which they obviously also wish to avoid.

The only reason SISU bought CCFC in the first place was to get their hands on the stadium and land. They have never had any interest in CCFC. They will keep it entirely separate from the club and not invest in the team. Furthermore SISU are a management company of other people's money...

SISU can almost certainly afford to buy half the stadium if not all of it. They cannot buy all of it because half of it isn't available to buy. But buying the stadium has nothing to do with putting money into CCFC. They don't put money into City because they can see they will never get it...
