    Tonight’s games

They are winning more regularly than us at the moment though, aren't they or are certainly picking up more points which is worrying. the form table over the last 6 games out of the teams around us with the exception of Wycombe only Birmingham have picked up fewer points than us Rotherham, Derby...

    Poor January transfer window.

Probably a one-off game really, they seem to be able to pick up enough points and are a comfortable championship side. Reading looked crap against us in the first game also but that don't mean they are a bad side.

    Tonight’s games

Ryan Giles apparently just scored a good goal against Derby for Rotherham. I have to say Rotherham's form is scaring me a little bit at the moment.

    Poor January transfer window.

Definitely I am concerned, honestly I think we are relying on Rotherham being worse than we are. Forest didn't look great last night but have strengthened, Derby look better under Rooney and have brought a couple of United players in on loan, QPR have a goalscorer in Charlie Austin, Millwall...

I would be surprised if they didn't change things up after that performance.

    Match Thread Coventry v Watford

Problem with Watford against QPR was that they had a teenager who was not a left back playing at left back and they had Hughes playing left wing as Sema had been out injured. When they brought Sema on late on he ripped QPR to bits so I assume that he will be starting on Saturday. Both Watfords...

    Match Thread Coventry v Watford

Yeah Queens Park Rangers got lucky which was unfortunate for us as Watford had a very disjointed team out players playing out of position and players who hadn't featured all season playing. They had a teenage right back at left back Will Hughes playing on the wing and half their under 23's on...

Yeah, this just highlights our inability tj get the ball in the back of the net.

I would probably be content with a draw but if Rotherham was to beat Derby at home tonight (which is very winnable) I think it is a little bit too close for my liking.

I may be wrong but I think they may have signed the players before deadline day.

Match Thread Forest (H) Tuesday, 7 pm KO

I know Watford have a good squad but Garner and Murray barely got a kick of the ball at Watford I think this says a lot about where Murray is at in his career when you consider he was behind Andre Gray in Watford's pecking order who has only scored one goal this season which was against us...

big game this at the moment that 3rd from the bottom place is looking like it could be anyone, therefore, I think I would take a draw last thing we need is Forest getting any momentum.

Someone mentioned it to me earlier and thought we may still be interested didn't look at the last comment date.

    Transfer Rumour Jonathan Panzo

Very good player but there is no chance that he is coming to Cov, he is also being linked with a move to Seria A and Sporting Lisbon.

What a truly awful game that was. No team really deserved to win. Two crap teams battling it out with no idea tonight in all honesty.

    Match Thread Birmingham City

Lose this one then I will start to be worried, its okay losing to the likes of Watford but we need to pick up points against teams like Birmingham, I have been telling myself that City will get points against the teams around us so lets hope that is true.

    Our position

If each team had started the season on the same points we would be 4 points from safety. However if you look at the bigger picture we have played 5 of the current top 6 and Middlesbrough who are 7th, We have also played Brentford who are not doing as well as anticipated but are one of the...

To be fair we probably won't stay up. I don't see which three teams get less points than us the way that we defend.

To be fair Barnsley got luck last season with Wigan's points deduction.
