    Supermarket shortages

Just been to the Co-op behind the Wallace. Very calm there and maybe about 12 customers in there in total. Shelves are blitzed though. Hardly anything to be found at all. I only popped in as I was passing and it was just a quick reccy to have a look at the state of the place. Didn't buy...

My missus used to work for Wilko and at the time these ads, some woman came in and actually asked for a box of electricity and got very annoyed when the assistant said they don't sell it...

I have always been a hygienic freak, well, ever since I went out with a girl for 3 years who had severe OCD. She left an indelible mark upon me. I always put gel on my hands when I touch shopping baskets or trollies anyway, or doors on trains, or poles on buses (any nationality, really). It has...

Films straight from the cinema to Sky Store etc

If you are going to go for it, I recommend you go for Amazon Prime rather than Sky Store. Invisible Man - £15.99 at both Sky and Amazon, but Sky is only SD and Amazon is HD. I thought the Invisible Man was a great movie.

Many are, Nick. I've heard many people say they just want the essentials and even though they don't want to queue, they feel they have had to. Crazy days

To be fair, I have been moaning about people going to pubs AND about queuing at supermarkets. Same shitaboutery really. The government should have closed the pubs thought not have just suggested that people don't go.

Happy Birthday, Wingy birthday in two weeks, Wingy. Worst for me, because it's my wife's birthday on the same day and I usually try my very best to avoid her, but this year it is going to be impossible, because we are both going to be stuck in. Just wondering if now might be a good time to...

They need to at least be labelled idiots for sure. I see any big queue to get in and I just turn on my heels. I suppose you could leave all the food rammed into your cupboards and brand new chest freezer to someone in your will couldn't you.

I hope that arrogant prick, Robins, doesn't leave it too late with subs. Grrrr. Could be a good time to rest McCallum and give Giles a go too.
