The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

More disgusting than taking 40% of it because they died?

But as this would be a new method of dealing with inheritance intestacy rules could be changed so that an independent body would be appointed by a court. It wouldn't focus on no-will estates - it would be on all estates. I merely mentioned intestate as it would be a grey area that would need to...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Nope. The trustees would be whoever was appointed such in the will of the deceased, be it another family member, solicitors, accountants, lawyers - whoever. A trustee could set out their successor should anything happen to them. They would just have to abide by the laws of the land, just as they...

Difference is that the terms are steadfast and set in law. At the moment they can have unlimited access as it is trustees discretion. The point is to reduce the amount of power and influence an individual can have due to inherited wealth. Discretionary trusts don't guarantee that.

Did you even fucking read it! It is not inherited by the state - it is managed on behalf of the beneficiaries in the will who can then pass that onto their children etc. Same as now. Only difference is they have slower access to it to prevent them a. having power and influence they haven't...

With the Inheritance Tax I kind of agree with both of you. It has (probably) been taxed at source but at the same time should someone have the large amounts of power and influence those assets bring just because someone gave it to them? That's an aristocracy. I understand and have no issue with...

I think he stopped being 'grounded' a while ago.

    Bonfire Night

Cars can be lethal in the wrong hands but have a practical use to transport people/goods around. Fireworks do not - they just emit bright lights and loud noises and can be lethal in the wrong hands. Only thing a gun is designed to do is kill/injure things.

    Is Maddison a joker?

I save him the hassle. "I wrote that in 2016 when he wasn't a £9m player" If he gets a bit more desperate "He is only worth more because transfer fees have become ridiculously inflated since Neymar and without that inflation he'd still be worth less than £9m. Kids without a first team game are...

    Sam McCallum

Improving steadily and is a genuine fight for the spot with Mason, who has also improved massively. There may be one eye on potential bidders in Jan for him, so playing him now will up his value with MR knowing he's got a more than capable left back waiting to come back in.

For me it was the most important lesson I learned in history - look at the source and see if it might have bias.

Economically yes, but in terms of social policy I'd say they're more left leaning. This time round the difference between the two could be stance on Brexit.

    Starting 11 if all fit

No. I'd possibly play him behind a front two in a 10 but not as a striker. He likes to be running at players with the ball at his feet. Could have him and O'Hare alternating in the role.

Match Thread Colchester United vs. Coventry City Match Thread - Saturday 9th Nov

Think it might be a mix of both but more likely to err towards the first XI, with maybe some U23's on the bench. MR won't want to lose to lower league opposition as that can so often see us slide into a period of bad results. Still unsure when the suspensions are due to start...

Racism from home end on Saturday

So why do you fail to question all the hypocrisy and faults of a system which you've just bought into hook, line and sinker without question? A lot of your stuff is direct from a 1980's economic textbook. I think it's far more likely you are where you are not because you challenged and...
