    The ‘wobble’ month

I'd have to deactivate my Twitter account for one with all the bookmarked tweets ready to come back at me. Even I'm starting to hate me for my current social media arrogance.

    The ‘wobble’ month

That season was irrelevant. We'd been on a decline for at least 5 years and relegation felt guranteed from August. I was borderline immune to losing back then. Now we're brilliant and seem nailed on for returning to the promised land after 25 years. To end up not doing it......I can't even...

    Rivals for auto spots

I agree. I'm just pointing out that if anybody reaches that number it will probably be them. The autos threshold will start with an 8, I'm convinced of it. I genuinely think it could be 85 so 1.5 ppg for us. We're averaging over 2 over the last 47 years. As I said on another thread, if it...

    Rivals for auto spots

Who else is getting anywhere near 91 other than possibly Ipswich (and us)?

    The ‘wobble’ month

Crazy when you think we've just won 11 out of 12. And we have 28 games left to find potentially 13 more. I swear if it doesn't happen for us this season I will need to find a new hobby because it would just be too much for me to deal with.

    Mutually Assured Destruction

I hope we put out the weakest possible team and win!

    The ‘wobble’ month

Not inconceivable by any means but it would still be disappointing to go from a run of 11 wins in 12 to 2 wins in 6.

    The ‘wobble’ month

50 would mean 7 points from 6 games. Difficult month or not that would be a big disappointment.

Match Thread Ipswich Town - Coventry City Match Thread - Saturday 6th Dec

If the worst case presents itself and no Tats, BTA, Wright or Rudoni I'd go with a 3: Rushworth Thomas, Wolf, Kitching MVE, Torp, Grimes, Dasilva Eccles, EMC Simms If Tats and Rudoni are fit: Rushworth MVE, Thomas, Kitching, Dasilva Torp, Grimes, Rudoni Tats, Simms, EMC

    For any remaining non-believers

I'm starting to think more and more that 85 might do it. I just don't see any of the non-parachute teams getting close. That leaves Ipswich who I still think will. Leicester who are a basket case with a deduction pending, and then Southampton. They need 2.2 ppg from here after averaging 1.3...

    For any remaining non-believers

Updated. Of the 'challengers' all bar Middlesbrough and Millwall need to perform at a minimum of a 99 point season from here on to reach 90 points. If we believe the bookies, Ipswich are expected to be our biggest challengers. They need 2.17 ppg from here compared with our 1.68 to hit 90...

Gone Unoticed? Record home fan attendance

No the difference was yesterday all home seats were SOLD. They weren’t against West Brom and Birmingham.

    Rivals for auto spots

Two teams other than us are not going to get close to 93 ffs. They’d need to be absolutely smashing it for the last 28 games. Everyone shitting their pants about Ipswich (11 in 6 or 17 in 10) - they need to be doing miles better than that to get anywhere close.

Match Thread Coventry City - Charlton Athletic Match Thread - Saturday 29th Nov

Tbf we used to call 28K crowds incl 6K away fans 'huge crowds'. Now anything less than 30K feels run of the mill. and the CBS has been a fortress for ages. That said I have the same feeling about tomorrow, I think with the potential absentees it could be a bit scrappy. Think we'll scrape a win.
