    James Maddison

I'm inbetween. I think he's decent enough but think there's better players that should be in the England team ahead of him. Maddison, Grealish and Foden to name three.

    Max Biamou

So if the recruitment (even for U23) is not part of his remit and is decided by others you can't argue he's been given more money can you? All players signed for U23's haven't been signed by him and thus can't be included in his transfer spending. And that's assuming all first team signings were...

Jimmy Hill's got one and much of his tenure was in the lower leagues and never managed us for a single game in the top flight. Not saying MR should get one btw. For me even if we go down he gets a decent chance next season. It was a hard enough job to start with without our current injuries...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Last bit isn't true. 2010-2015 was a coalition (albeit as the major partner) May's govt didn't have an outright majority hence the £1bn DUP deal.

    Didn’t Dion score.....

How is he offside if it's an OPPOSITION player playing the ball?

    Didn’t Dion score.....

How? If he was onside when the last player on the attacking team touched the ball he isn't offside regardless of whether he ends up on the pitch, the line or off the field completely. Players don't need permission to come back on if momentum has taken them off. Otherwise a player that left the...

More injuries happen in training than during matches. Mainly because you spend a lot more time on the training field than in games, despite the lower intensity.

Trouble is if he had with the lack of support it'd have just ended up with him being beaten to the ball by the CB's and Reading getting the ball back anyway. It's all very well just mindlessly following instructions. Worked well for the Light Brigade.

I think we have been a bit unlucky in terms of who they've happened too. Integral first teamers. We've had a couple of years where injuries to key players haven't been that bad or we've had the ability to adapt to the ones we have (Jones/Jobello). Do you think we'd have won the league last year...

Kasta Appreciation Society Thread Announcement (KASTA)

To be honest that'd be no less than Shipley has done last couple of games. And he'd probably be more willing to stick his boot in.

As O'Hare wasn't brought in to score goals what was he brought in for them? Oh yes, to ASSIST the forwards to score goals. Something which he hasn't done once this season. He's actually scored more than he's created despite missing a huge amount of very easy chances. But of course you say...

But no answer to the question on assists and goals - which is what we brought him in for. You're constantly on Biamou's back about things like effort being a bare minimum, then go on about goals and add ever more caveats in like goals in the league, then goals in the Championship, your latest...

    Shirts Wanted... Help...?!

For most they could take the shirts they had when they were younger, stitch them all together and make one shirt that now fits them perfectly.

    Wilson/Marosi

I think you could find that out with U23 games. If he's only on loan for a month somewhere is he going to be any more/less likely to put himself on the line that in our U23 vying to get his first team place back?

He does, but in this squad O'hare is one of, if not the, highest earner. He's supposed to be our creative outlet and feed the striker(s). How many assists has he made? How many goals has he got (especially considered the chances he's had)? it might be unfair on him given that he was most...

By 'adapt' I assume you mean pay more and eventually forget they used to pay a lot less.

    Match Thread Sheffield Wednesday

Not sure about 4 at the back as that really seems to stifle Dabo and he plays poorly. Although I don't think he's ready yet it is tempting to consider bapaga next to O'Hare if we don't go two up top, which with Biamou's supposed injury may not be an option. Sheaf to play in a three in mid but...
